Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Premier Protein Cake Batter Protein Shake
- 2/3 cup (160 g) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
Directions
- Combine the protein shake, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl, then add flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until well combined.
- Heat a waffle iron to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and pour 1/2 cup of batter in the center, close, and cook until golden brown. About 3-4 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter or refrigerate the remaining.
