Carrot Cake Protein Balls

Ingredients
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- scoop Vanilla Milkshake Premier Protein Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 8 dates, pits removed
- Splash of milk
Directions
- Add all of the above ingredients in the food processor.
- If the ingredients are not holding together well, place the snack ball back into the food processor. Add 1-2 tbsp of milk, until the ingredients are sticking together.
- Place balls on cookie sheet and refrigerate for ½ hour
