  1. Blend all in a blender for one minute.
  2. Once blended, set aside and allow the protein powder pancakes mixture to thicken.
  3. Heat skillet until very hot then pour small amounts of batter onto surface. Flip pancakes after approximately 2 minutes or once batter begins to bubble and edges turn light golden brown.
  4. Remove pancakes from skillet once golden brown and top with desired toppings.
