Fourth of July Protein Smoothie Pops

Ingredients
For the Blue Layer:
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Shake
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 3 oz. yogurt
- Blue food coloring (if necessary)
- 5-8 ice cubes
For the White Layer:
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Shake
- 6 oz. yogurt
- 6-8 ice cubes
For the Red Layer:
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Shake
- 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup pitted cherries, fresh or frozen
- 3 oz. yogurt
- 5-8 ice cubes
Directions
- Blend together Ingredients for blue layer and pour to fill ⅓ of each popsicle mold. Let freeze for at least 20 minutes.
- Repeat for white layer.
- After blending together ingredients for red layer, pour into mold and place lid on mold. Insert popsicle sticks into the mold. (you may need to trim them down)
- Let the popsicles freeze for at least an hour before removing.
