Recipe Info
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Optional: Reindeer Frosting
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon red-hot sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, mix until combined. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out dough into your hands. Roll in the palm of your hands to create a ball, then flatten into a cookie shape. Bake cookies for about 12-15 minutes. Let cool before piping.
For The Frosting
- Place all ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Using a mixer, whip on low speed until butter starts to soften. Increase speed until it becomes a lighter white color, about 1 minute. Transfer frosting into a piping bag and pipe reindeer design on cookies. Place one cinnamon red hot for the nose. Enjoy!
