Recipe Info
Ingredients
- 1¾ cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 scoops Premier Protein Vanilla Milkshake Powder
- 2 tbsps unflavored collagen (this adds protein & makes it creamy & smooth)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries, thawed
- 1 lemon, zested
- 4-5 large basil leaves
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. If using an ice cream maker, follow machine's instructions. If not using an ice cream maker, store in an airtight container and freeze overnight.
- When you’re ready to eat it, remove the container from the freezer and leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes.
