Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Lightly coat tray with Pam baking spray
- Place ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix together
- Scoop 3 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball, then flatten. Place on cookie sheet and re-peat.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown
- Let cool for 15 minutes to let the cookies harden
