Salted Caramel Truffle Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 tbsp Premier Protein Indulgence™ Salted Caramel Truffle Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- ¼ + ⅛ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a bowl. Add milk, 1 tsp at a time, adding more if the mixture is too dry.
- Shape dough into discs and top with chocolate chips.
- Gently slide parchment paper with cookie into air fryer basket.
- Cook at 275°F for 7 minutes. Top should be dry to touch.
- Lift out of air fryer basket using parchment paper, let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
