  1. Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a bowl. Add milk, 1 tsp at a time, adding more if the mixture is too dry.
  2. Shape dough into discs and top with chocolate chips.
  3. Gently slide parchment paper with cookie into air fryer basket.
  4. Cook at 275°F for 7 minutes. Top should be dry to touch.
  5. Lift out of air fryer basket using parchment paper, let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
