Stuffed Protein Pancake Bites

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup Premier Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix
- ¼ cup Vanilla Milkshake Premier Protein Powder
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine Premier Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix, Vanilla Milkshake Premier Protein Powder, and baking powder.
- Add yogurt and mix until combined to form a dough ball; Stop as soon as ball forms.
- DO NOT OVER-MIX or the bites will be tough.
- Divide dough into 10 pieces (1-2 Tbsp size) and roll into balls.
- Press a depression, place ~4-5 chocolate chips in the middle and cover. Roll into ball again.
- Place on prepared baking sheet; Bake 10-12 minutes until outside is slightly browned and looks cooked.
