We Stand with You

We, along with the entire BellRing Brands family, believe Black Lives Matter. We stand in solidarity with our Black colleagues, family members, fans, friends and partners in the fight against racism and inequality. As a company that also believes in the power of good energy, we are committed to using our resources, leveraging our platform, and finding new ways to combat systemic racism.

We realize we need to add our voice to this belated, yet essential conversation, and are starting by sharing this letter from our CEO Darcy Davenport. Additionally, we have taken these first steps:

• We have created a social justice forum for employees to have real discussions, suggest constructive resolution, and create sustainable change.
• We are continuing our tradition of supporting the communities where we work, and have donated to the East Oakland Collective (@eastoaklandcollective), a group invested in serving the communities of deep East Oakland by working towards racial and economic equity.
• We're committed to sharing experiences from black, indigenous, and people of color, and using our platform to ensure that all voices are not just represented, but respected and celebrated.

But this is just the beginning. We recognize the growth areas we have within our own organization and know that we must look inward as we take steps towards being better allies. We'll be sharing our progress on these critical efforts and steps we're taking as a company and holding ourselves accountable.
